A former technology company owner and a 28-year former educator and masters-level administrator, Karen’s background in integrated physics and chemistry, organizational leadership, banking and finance, and a love for all things space, lead her to pursue a second career as a high-integrity business owner, creating talented, valued teams, making customers successful, and thereby realizing corporate and professional success for our stakeholders.

Since 1987, Trey has advanced through technical roles as an Engineer, leadership roles as a manager of multiple disciplines, and ultimately into senior executive roles. He began his aerospace career at Lockheed Martin, worked in oil and gas, managed Engineering for Wyle Labs, and joined Rothe in 2000, managing Engineering and programs and strategic corporate development.

Walter brings more than 33 years of leadership experience within the aerospace industry, offering deep financial expertise, strategic insight, and a proven commitment to operational excellence. CIndy Hendershot

Vice President, Government Strategies, Operations, and Business Development

Cindy is a Space professional, having dedicated most of her career to the Space Program and NASA-related work, she has supported AF, Navy, and Army Programs, as well. She worked for Raytheon/Link Flight Simulation companies from 1978 until 2013, ran a consulting business for 8 years, and is now Vice President, overseeing Government Strategies, Corporate Operations, and a Business Development lead.

Mike has over thirty years of calibration and metrology experience. He was Army TMDE trained at Lowry AFB in 1989, with additional training in Advanced Standards, troubleshooting, and Radiac. Semiconductor maintenance support and repair in thin films with Advanced Micro Devices. (AMD) He’s held multiple positions with Rothe Development and Enterprises in the commercial lab and NASA as a technician, senior technician, lab manager, and VP of metrology services. Mike is also a Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) through ASQ and a certified lead assessor through ANAB

Akash is a seasoned business development and growth executive with more than 15 years of experience across aerospace, telecommunications, energy, and technology sectors. He has built strategic partnerships, led commercial growth initiatives, and delivered complex solutions for enterprise and government-adjacent customers worldwide. As Vice President, he oversees Commercial Strategies, strategic partnerships, and business development, helping drive Rothe’s expansion into new markets and higher-growth opportunities.

Stephanie is the Vice President of Human Resources at Rothe, where she leads HR strategy and operations with a strong focus on building a people-first culture that supports innovation, growth, and excellence. She oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management, helping create a collaborative workplace centered on continuous improvement and employee success.

With HR leadership experience in the chemical and consulting industries, Stephanie brings expertise in change management, employee relations, employment law, and aligning HR practices with business goals. She holds degrees from the University of Houston and the University of Houston–Clear Lake and is certified as both a PHR and SHRM-CP. In addition to her role at Rothe, she serves as an adjunct instructor at San Jacinto Community College, teaching SHRM HR certification courses, and has received recognition from peers, clients, and NASA Johnson Space Center for her leadership and impact.

Johnny is a Space professional, having dedicated most of his career to the Space Program and NASA-related work, he supported the Strategic Defense Initiative Organization’s (SDIO) National Test Bed (NTB) Program, as well. He worked for Raytheon/Hughes/Link Flight Simulation companies from 1968 thru 2012, ran a consulting business for 9 years, and is now the Rothe QHS&E Mgr. and BD assistant.
