2026 Employee Spotlight – Sherise Campbell
Sherise Campbell’s journey with Rothe is a true example of determination, growth, and taking on every opportunity.
She joined the company in 2011 as a part-time file clerk while expecting her first child, balancing the role alongside another full-time job. When an unexpected opening for a full-time Building Manager became available in 2012, Sherise stepped up without hesitation. Over the next several years, she managed facility operations while also supporting the Accounts Receivable team and earning her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014.
Never one to stop learning, Sherise expanded her skills into Accounts Payable and contract administration, gaining experience with programs such as FOMSS and LASSO. Today, she serves as Project Controller for CMC IV, FILMSS II, KLXS III, FOMSS, LASSO, NOC II, FS3, REMIS II, overseeing multiple critical programs and continuing to grow her expertise.
Now celebrating 15 years with Rothe, Sherise credits her success to perseverance, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to embrace new challenges. Sherise’s peers call her fun-loving, considerate, and full of energy. She is excited about Rothe’s future and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
